The Central Operations leader over sees back office service functions for the organization.

Minimal/Essential Job Requirements:              

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 to 15+ years broad based back office banking experience
  • Experience in staff management, product development and alternative delivery systems
  • Experience at the officer level working with executive management teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Lending Operations and Compliance Manager

Manages the lending origination and servicing systems and oversees the Loan Servicing Manager ensuring efficient workflow and that customer needs are met, based upon established guidelines.

 

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent training and experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a related lending management position
  • Proven track record and in-depth experience in mortgage lending operations including originations, processing, closing and servicing of loans

Universal Banker I

Part time positions are available at our Hillsdale, Glen Ridge, Rochelle Park, and Montville locations.  Candidates must be able to provide customers with exceptional financial support and advice while providing quality service. Conduct all Retail financial transactions, cross-sells bank products and services with the goal of deepening relationships. Must be professional, knowledgeable, and capable of working face to face with customers and handle complex financial situations for customers. Must be technologically savvy as it relates to Bank services, and display a commitment to the community.
