Universal Bankers I & II

Join our growing team of employees who take pride in providing customers with exceptional financial support and advice while providing quality service.  The Universal Banker conducts Retail financial transactions and cross sells bank products and services, with the goal of deepening customer relationships.  Willing to train entry level Universal Bankers who have had some experience working fact to face with customers in a Retail setting.  Must be technologically savvy and be able to present a confident and professional demeanor to establish trust.

      Minimal/Essential Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years banking or retail experience with an emphasis on sales and customer service or;
  • College degree and a minimum of 1 years banking or retail experience with an emphasis on sales and customer service.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours and travel to various branch locations, as staffing requires, for unspecified periods.
  • Must have the ability to work independently

Universal Banker Assistant Branch Manager

We currently have a various Universal Banker Assistant Branch Manager positions available.

      Minimal/Essential Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years banking or retail experience with an emphasis on sales and customer service or;
  • College degree and a minimum of 3 years banking or retail experience with an emphasis on sales and customer service.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal skills, customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrates effective sales/service behaviors.
  • Ability to speak with other with poise, and confidence.
  • Ability to explain procedures, to understand both verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to interact with others in a positive manner.
  • Knowledge of retail banking regulations and retail branch operations.
  • Must be mobile to meet the needs of the business, working flexible hours in various branch locations.
