Boiling Springs Savings Bank Welcomes James C. Petrie to the Position of Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer - May 29, 2019
The Board of Directors is happy to share the good news that James C. Petrie has joined Boiling Springs as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer to lead various aspects of the bank's credit functions.
Boiling Springs Savings Bank has appointed James C. Petrie to the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.
In this position, Mr. Petrie will oversee the credit policy development, credit underwriting, loan review and asset recovery functions for the Bank. Additionally, he will collaborate closely with senior management to develop and maintain a strong credit culture across the organization.
Prior to joining Boiling Springs, Mr. Petrie spent 18 years at Columbia Bank where his positions included Commercial & Industrial Lending Officer III, Senior Vice President of Retail Lending, Special Assets Manager and Commercial Credit Manager.

Mr. Petrie graduated from Siena College in 1991 and holds a degree in Finance. In addition, he is a graduate of the American Bankers Association National Commercial Lending School and the Stonier National Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Petrie serves on the Advisory Board of Saint Peter Academy in River Edge, NJ and in the past, has served as a councilman for the Borough Maywood, NJ.
A father of three, Mr. Petrie currently resides in Maywood with his wife, Heather.
